Please help.I have a big problem with my cx Gti 2400 made 1979.I dont have a negative puls on fuel injectors.All injectors does not work anymore.On the car is new fuel pump,spark plugs and cables.The car is runing only 3 sec. with choke fuel. Ignition coil and distrubution is OK

Your injection computer ( Bosch L-Jetronic) is not working correctly. Start to check if it get’s power, it has good earthing and the connectors are OK.
If the cars runs a couple of seconds when you start, this means the “start” procedure works so you ECU should have power. because there is a separate cold start injectors. You conclude your main injectors are not switched on. Your next point is to see if ECU get’s a signal from the ignition module: The Distributor gives a signal to the ignition module, which then gives pulses to the injection computer to inject. . Look for schematics to know what wires to check.

And: the fuel pump is switched by a double relay.
- One part is switched when applying the starter motor - this part apparently works fine
- Second part is switched when the motor is running, by a signal from the air measurement unit - seems this signal is not arriving, or the relay is faulty?
