I visited a paint shop today to see if I could get the LHM Green Paint, I was told the only paint I can now buy over the shelf is acrylic water based or 2pack and although I have the breathing masks etc I did nt want to go to all that trouble just to paint the odd item Green.
I have always liked the Hammerite range as the are easy to apply and great on cast and bare metal without primers.
After a little experiment I found I could get an exact match using Half a litre of “Dark Green” and a quarter Litre of “Green” in French it was “Vert Foret” et “Vert Brocage” then just add a touch of “Black Satin” I was very pleased an easy solution so I thought I would pass it on
Smooth finish not Hammered
