This is not a definitive answer as there were changes over the years & some things were optional on DS’s but standard on Pallas’

Chrome look edging and detail on Rear Lamp Lens units.
Heated rear screen
Triplex front screen after 1973
Special full size wheel trims
All Pallas cars had same roof colour as body after 1970

Interior:
Boot rubber seal special type fitted into the boot rim
Thick floor insulation.
Double skin floor pan
Fully fitted and covering carpet, Wilton style with bound edges.
Dunlopillo foam under rear passenger carpet
SS sill heater vents cover
SS Sill Side & Top covers instead of stuck on vinyl or material
Driver seat height adjustment
Side of height adjuster and seat hinges have SS trim
Accelerator pedal in polished aluminium sports style
Parking foot break edge embellisher
Chrome Height adjuster embellisher on the front face and black knob
Stylised Plastic finger pulls on bonnet release catches.
SS trim around heater control pod and along dashboard line.

Full trim covering even top roll of doors
SS embellisher behind interior door handle
SS strip along glass edge on interior of doors.
SS Strip instead of Aluminum along bottom and edge up to door pocket
Door pocket on both front doors
Arm rest on all 4 doors
Wide SS patterned kick plate trim along bottom interior edge of doors
Piped effect white or off white door sealing rubbers on sill plate
More sumptuous seats with higher backs and adjustable for rake.
A SS ash tray on the back of each front seat
Centre arm rest for driver and passenger
Rear parcel shelf covering padded and faux grained leatherette.
Padded Side rails and headlining in grey cloth.
SS trim running up ‘A’ post and full length of car along headlining
Chrome door and window winding handles
Special chrome and glass courtesy lights on roof rail above B post.
B Post Grab handles with SS trim usually in leather or thick vinyl.

I have another one Rolling Eyes
Today I was renewing the bonnet insulation and found that the 2 little half moon shields next to the hinges on my car were polished SS. I hadnt noticed before as my car is Gris Nacre I just they were so painted.
On the ID they were black and one of the cars that turned up yesterday it was black also Does this mean it is a pallas thing or a DS thing or just a coincidence thing.
I would like to build a definitive answer to pallas differences so would appreciate your assistance thank you

Some of the items in your list are just DS or high spec ID (thick foam under the carpets, driver seat height adjustment, door pocket on both front doors, chrome door and window winding handles - mine car has all of that) or related to the year of built (high seat backs, arm rest on all four doors). And some are options, even for a Pallas (different roof color, vinyl roof on latest years, centre arm rest at front, air conditioning). As far as I can see all the items you name are part of the Pallas specification.

Yes that is the problem some things were DS option and DS against ID but that became blurred toward the end.
There were supposedly 41 Pallas items but a lot depends of supply at the time I think. I also think that 30yrs on we will never get to the bottom of it things would have been added but I would like to be as accurate as possible.

I have it already I have the Malcolm Bobbitt one too.
Although very good he does nt go into fine details, he mentions the 41 but doesn’t list even half of them.
I wanted originally to do it for myself and my website and my DS dedicated forum but thought I would share the info.
I did mean aluminium actually, I wrote SS without thinking and didn’t know how to edit. thank you. Point was that on the ID they were black on my pallas polished
