Chassis plate

While denuding the blue car I came across a second stamped plate below the normal black/aluminum one with car number on it . It is a pink/purple colour aluminum plaque with SAA Citroen and then the number 0039 203322
I have looked at my books and cant find a reference to it anyone know what it represents?
